Our Story

A fruit stand with a big idea — since 2001.

Las Nieves Fruit Cups & More started in 2001 as a simple fruit stand with a big idea — and grew into a San Antonio tradition. Owned and run by brothers Carlos & Jorge Flores, we were the first to bring Italian ice and raspas to San Antonio, and the city fell in love.

More than twenty years later we've grown to three stand-alone stands plus food trucks all over the city — but what makes us special hasn't changed. We source fruit directly from growers, make everything fresh to order with unlimited San Antonio Extras, and treat every customer like family.
